Each piece is hand-made using only finest of materials of Swarovski crystallized elements, semi precious stones and glass beads. Chains and charms are gold plated or silver plated, unless otherwise indicated.

Every effort is made to ensure that the colors and descriptions of the photos closely reflect the actual pieces. Since each piece is a unique creation and takes on a life of its own, slight variations may occur. When this happens, your piece of jewelry becomes exclusive!

VDESIGN gift certificates of $25, $50, $75, or $100 are available. Email gift certificates can go to you, or directly to your recipient with your personal message. Please provide recipient’s email address at check-out.

If you would like to order a personalized creation, kindly send your detailed request by email. You will be contacted by email or telephone and will be advised if your request is possible. Please do not hesitate to contact us by phone if you have any concerns or questions.

 

/ SHIPPING & HANDLING
There is a flat rate of $9.50 for shipping and handling fees.

Orders will be shipped by Canada Post, Express Service. Local delivery times vary between 2 to 5 business days, with the exception of products that may be sold out of stock. In such is the case, you will receive an email advising you of same.
